Hike on a Mount Raung 2 Day 1 Night

Mount Raung is an active volcano in the Ijen mountain range, and is often used as a tourist destination.

This mountain has an altitude of 3,344 above sea level,There is a circular dry caldera at its peak which is the largest dry caldera on Java and the second largest in Indonesia.and the following is the package details for climbing to Mount Raung :

Route line : Jember - Bondowoso - Mount  Raung - Finish ketapang harbour

Day 1 : Jember - Sumber Wringin
at 08:00 am The team will pick up participants in the city of Jember (stations, hotels & terminals) after meeting the journey proceed by using a private vehicle to the source village wringin,arrived at the source village wringin a short break the journey continues by using a motorbike to the plantation.

Arriving at the plantation, get off the motorbike, walk to the pondok sumur from here the path starts uphill and into the pine forest,late in the afternoon arrived at the pondok mayit, participants spend the night using a tent, a team of guides who will prepare everything.

Day 2 : Sumberwringin - Ketapang Harbour

Early in the morning from the pondok mayit walk for 1.5 hours to the summit of the mountain raung, after being satisfied enjoying the beauty of the mountain down to the plantation.
After finishing breakfast then pack up, and participants are taken to the port of Ketapang harbour or the next destination,and this program ends.
